2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Macan Fitness's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Membership Rules

All members must adhere to the gym code of conduct, including:

• Re-racking weights after use.
• Wiping down equipment after use.
• Respecting other members and staff.

4. Liability

Macan Fitness shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained while using our facilities, except where such injury is caused by our gross negligence.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
